An "open top"
style (shown right,
click for larger image) is used if liners are required to prevent the material from making
contact with the sides of the container or if the fluid requires an
agitator (built into center of top lid).
The open style also lends itself to the
bulk dispensing of materials in pails, as long as they are thin enough to be
moved by air pressure (generally 40,000CPS or less) to the valve.
A ten
gallon open top tank can be fitted with a five gallon step-up for a pail,
for simple clean up. |
